Mauro Valicente holds a Master’s Degree in Music Education from the Faculty of Arts at the National University of La Plata (UNLP), Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Since 2018, Mauro has served as an assistant professor in Music Education at the Faculty of Arts at UNLP. Additionally, he has been a lead music instructor in primary and secondary schools in La Plata, Buenos Aires, since 2014. He has offered private lessons in guitar, ukulele, electric bass, and music theory.

As a versatile musician, Mauro has been active since 2004 as a performer, composer, and arranger in various popular music projects. 

Mauro enjoys helping students grow as they develop not only better technique, but a deep, personal connection to music. His extensive teaching experience, combined with his ongoing research makes him a dynamic and thoughtful music educator.
